1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of trueincrease.com (the “Site”) and any content, forms, communications, and online services offered by True Increase LLC (“True Increase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ACE+. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Informational Purposes Only

Content on the Site, including articles, videos, tools, descriptions of our methodology, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes. Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a coaching, consulting, or other professional relationship. That relationship begins only when you and True Increase sign a written agreement.

4. Not Therapy, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Our coaching, consulting, and leadership development services and content draw on research in neuroscience, psychology, and organizational development. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and they are not legal, financial, or tax advice, even where members of our team hold clinical or professional licenses. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose or treat any condition. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional help when needed. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

5. Our Services, Results, and Guarantee

Coaching, consulting, assessment, workshop, and other engagements are governed by separate written agreements between True Increase and the client. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

Results. Testimonials, case examples, and results described on the Site reflect the experiences of specific individuals and organizations. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own participation and circumstances.

Money-back guarantee. Where True Increase offers a money-back guarantee, its eligibility requirements, timing, and process are set out in the applicable engagement agreement or offer terms. Statements about the guarantee on the Site are summaries and do not create a separate guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, assessments, tools, worksheets, course materials, and software, are owned by or licensed to True Increase and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes the ACE framework, the ACE Unified Transformation Framework, ACE+, and related methodologies, models, and materials. True Increase, ACE, ACE+, and our logos are trademarks of True Increase.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and, if you are an ACE+ subscriber or client, to use the materials made available to you for your own internal development or your organization’s internal use under your subscription or agreement. Unless we give written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell our content or materials.
  • Use our frameworks, tools, or materials to deliver coaching, training, consulting, or certification to others, or create derivative programs from them.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other notices.
  • Use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or scrape or harvest content from the Site by automated means.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or spam.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts, or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

8. Information You Submit

When you submit information through forms, email, or other channels, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through website forms. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you agree that we may send you communications related to your inquiry, your relationship with us, and, where permitted by law, information about our services, content, and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

10. Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from True Increase, the following terms apply:

  • Program description. True Increase may send appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, and information about our services, events, and content.
  • Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages, which may be sent using automated technology, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies.
  • Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@trueincrease.com or 714-269-6978.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Changes to your number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can update our records.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including our learning platform, scheduling tools, payment processors, video hosts, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE INCREASE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ACE+ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Liability for coaching, consulting, and other engagements is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Increase and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of others.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement or subscription agreement, are the entire agreement between you and True Increase regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
